Pre-launch · building loop 1 and loop 2

Know what your numbers will do — before they do it

ObserBI is a sovereign AI CFO in a box, designed to plug into the ERP you already run, close the control loop over finance, operations and strategy, and keep the models on your own hardware.

  • Runs on your infrastructure
  • Read-only ERP connectors
  • Built for EU regulation
The problem

Reporting tells you what happened. That is already too late.

Three costs every finance team pays quietly, month after month.

You learn after the fact

By the time the P&L is signed off, the decisions that shaped it were made six weeks ago. Controlling becomes an autopsy.

Your numbers live elsewhere

Every cloud analytics contract puts your financial history on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms of service.

The team assembles, never interprets

Too much of a controller's week goes into pulling data out of systems that were never designed to talk to each other — and too little into deciding what it means.

How it works

Three steps, no migration

ObserBI is built to arrive configured, with your systems left where they are.

  1. 01

    Connect

Read-only connectors into your ERP, banking, HR and project systems. The approach does not involve migrating or rewriting anything.

  2. 02

    Close the loop

Loop 1 is designed to keep the operating envelope under continuous control. Loop 2 watches loop 1 and proposes new rules when reality moves; a person approves them.

  3. 03

    Act

A daily briefing, a ranked list of decisions, and the reasoning behind each one — in your language, on your hardware.

What is inside the box

A finance function, not a chart library

Six capabilities designed to arrive assembled, not as a twelve-month project. ObserBI is pre-launch, so this describes the design; what a given deployment includes is set in its contract.

Continuous controlling

Budget, forecast and actuals are designed to reconcile every night instead of every quarter — with the variance explained, not just flagged.

Sovereign by construction

Local models on your hardware, in an architecture designed so that prompts, ledger lines and customer names stay inside your network.

Outside signal, not just inside data

Supporting agents run OSINT, GEOINT and market intelligence, so the forecast can reflect the world your company sells into.

EU regulation in the loop

Model decisions are designed to be logged, explainable and auditable — with EU rules on AI in mind from the start rather than retrofitted.

Cash, margin and projects in one model

Project profitability, working capital and operational load share a single source of truth instead of three spreadsheets.

A box, not an implementation

Built to ship configured for the ERP families common in EU mid-market companies. The aim is weeks to first value, not quarters.

Two loops, one company

Classic business intelligence stops at the first loop: measure, compare, alert. ObserBI adds the second — the loop that watches the first one and proposes new rules when the market stops behaving, for a person to approve.

  • Loop 1 keeps operations inside the envelope: cash, margin, utilisation, DSO.
  • Loop 2 questions the envelope itself when assumptions break.
  • Interventions are designed to be logged with the data and the reasoning that produced them.
  • The system is designed to explain why it changed its mind — that is the audit trail regulators will ask for.

See the disruption before it becomes an invoice

A CFO agent that only sees the general ledger is guessing about the world outside it. ObserBI's supporting agents gather and weigh external signal, then feed it into the same forecast your board reads.

  • Supplier, customer and market signals collected continuously from open sources.
  • Scenario models meant to price a disruption before it reaches your order book.
  • Sources kept with the conclusion, so that no number arrives unexplained.
Where we are

No customers to show yet — so here is the honest state of the work

ObserBI is pre-launch. We would rather publish the roadmap than invent a case study.

  1. Now

    Control loops and connectors

Building loop 1 and loop 2 against real ERP data, and hardening the read-only connector layer.

  2. Next

    Closed pilots

A small number of mid-market companies running ObserBI beside their existing controlling process.

  3. Later

    Availability across the EU

General availability with published pricing, deployment guides and an audit package.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is ObserBI in one sentence?

ObserBI is a sovereign AI CFO in a box, being built to connect to the ERP a company already runs, perform continuous controlling with local AI models, and recommend the next decision along with the reasoning behind it.

Does our financial data leave the company?

Not by design. ObserBI is built to run its models on your own infrastructure, so that ledger lines, customer names and forecasts stay inside your network — that is the point of the word sovereign.

Which systems does it connect to?

ERP first, plus banking, HR and project systems. Connectors are designed as read-only, so that ObserBI does not write into the books it is analysing.

Is this another BI dashboard?

No. A dashboard waits for a human to ask a question. ObserBI runs a closed control loop: it watches the operating envelope, notices when reality drifts, and brings you the decision rather than the chart.

What will ObserBI not do?

It is not designed to post entries, approve payments or move money: the connectors are read-only. Its architecture is built around local models rather than sending ledger data to a hosted one. It is not meant to take the decision for you — it prepares it, with the evidence, and a person owns the call. And we do not build tools for scoring or monitoring individual employees; the product is designed around the company's processes and numbers, not around people.

When can we use it and what will it cost?

Closed pilots come first, then EU availability. Pricing is not set yet, and we would rather say that than publish a number we will change. The waitlist opens shortly.

The waitlist form goes live soon. Until then, the blog is where the work shows up: cash forecasting, covenants, controlling and local models.
