# Know what your numbers will do — **before they do it**

ObserBI is a sovereign AI CFO in a box. It plugs into the ERP you already run, closes the control loop over finance, operations and strategy, and keeps every model on your own hardware.

- Runs on your infrastructure
- Read-only ERP connectors
- Built for EU regulation

The problem

## Reporting tells you what happened. That is already too late.

Three costs every finance team pays quietly, month after month.

### You learn after the fact

By the time the P&L is signed off, the decisions that shaped it were made six weeks ago. Controlling becomes an autopsy.

### Your numbers live elsewhere

Every cloud analytics contract puts your financial history on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms of service.

### The team assembles, never interprets

Most of a controller's week goes into pulling data out of systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

How it works

## Three steps, no migration

ObserBI arrives configured. Your systems stay exactly where they are.

1. 01

    ### Connect

Read-only connectors into your ERP, banking, HR and project systems. Nothing is migrated and nothing is rewritten.

2. 02

    ### Close the loop

Loop 1 regulates the operating envelope in real time. Loop 2 watches loop 1 and changes the rules when reality moves.

3. 03

    ### Act

A daily briefing, a ranked list of decisions, and the reasoning behind each one — in your language, on your hardware.

What is inside the box

## A finance function, not a chart library

Six capabilities that arrive assembled rather than as a twelve-month project.

### Continuous controlling

Budget, forecast and actuals reconcile every night instead of every quarter — with the variance explained, not just flagged.

### Sovereign by construction

Local models on your hardware. No prompt, no ledger line and no customer name leaves your network.

### Outside signal, not just inside data

Supporting agents run OSINT, GEOINT and market intelligence, so the forecast reflects the world your company sells into.

### EU regulation in the loop

Model decisions are logged, explainable and auditable — designed against the EU AI Act rather than retrofitted to it.

### Cash, margin and projects in one model

Project profitability, working capital and operational load share a single source of truth instead of three spreadsheets.

### A box, not an implementation

It ships configured for the ERP families common in EU mid-market companies. Weeks to value, not quarters.

## Two loops, one company

Classic business intelligence stops at the first loop: measure, compare, alert. ObserBI adds the second — the loop that watches the first one and rewrites its own rules when the market stops behaving.

- **Loop 1** keeps operations inside the envelope: cash, margin, utilisation, DSO.
- **Loop 2** questions the envelope itself when assumptions break.
- Every intervention is logged with the data and the reasoning that produced it.
- The system explains why it changed its mind — that is the audit trail regulators will ask for.

## Intelligence your competitors read in the newspaper

A CFO agent that only sees the general ledger is guessing about the world outside it. ObserBI's supporting agents gather and weigh external signal, then feed it into the same forecast your board reads.

- Supplier, customer and market signals collected continuously from open sources.
- Scenario models that price a disruption before it reaches your order book.
- Sources kept with the conclusion, so nothing arrives as an unexplained number.

Where we are

## No customers to show yet — so here is the honest state of the work

ObserBI is pre-launch. We would rather publish the roadmap than invent a case study.

1. Now

    ### Control loops and connectors

Building loop 1 and loop 2 against real ERP data, and hardening the read-only connector layer.

2. Next

    ### Closed pilots

A small number of mid-market companies running ObserBI beside their existing controlling process.

3. Later

    ### Availability across the EU

General availability with published pricing, deployment guides and an audit package.

FAQ

## Frequently asked questions

What is ObserBI in one sentence?

ObserBI is a sovereign AI CFO in a box: it connects to the ERP a company already runs, performs continuous controlling with local AI models, and recommends the next decision along with the reasoning behind it.

Does our financial data leave the company?

No. ObserBI runs its models on your own infrastructure. Ledger lines, customer names and forecasts stay inside your network — that is the point of the word sovereign.

Which systems does it connect to?

ERP first, plus banking, HR and project systems. Connectors are read-only, so ObserBI can never write into the books it is analysing.

Is this another BI dashboard?

No. A dashboard waits for a human to ask a question. ObserBI runs a closed control loop: it watches the operating envelope, notices when reality drifts, and brings you the decision rather than the chart.

When can we use it and what will it cost?

Closed pilots come first, then EU availability. Pricing is not set yet, and we would rather say that than publish a number we will change. The waitlist opens shortly.
